Robert “Bob” Poznanski, managing director of Strategus’ NMTC Support Services, has over 30 years of experience in community development finance. He previously helped LISC secure $1 billion in NMTC funding for over 100 projects, creating 15,000 jobs. Since 2019, he’s assisted clients with $150 million in NMTC financing and co-founded New Market Opportunity Fund CDE LLC, which has secured $90 million for low-income community projects.
